Peak Energy in Ovulation Season – yes Hormones!

On my Instagram, I have been talking a lot about softening, tuning in to hormones, and embracing the peaks and dips your body’s energy levels. ⠀ ⠀

YES to all, and now let’s talk about Ovulation, hormones, strength, and energy. this is the beauty of being in flow, as we get to tap in to the magnifying abilities that Ovulation season allows for!

Since Ovulation period itself it short (~1-4 days), think of Follicular AKA the week-10 days after your period.  ⠀ ⠀

Hormones are at their peak, which brings ENERGY up.  ⠀

Our bodies are literally ready to create life during this season.

Caveat #1: the PILL skips Ovulation altogether.⠀

Caveat #2: the cycle is like our seasons, the climate – ever changing!!! ⠀

Caveat#3: The period tracking apps. Your Flow is literally YOURS. Use apps simply as a guide, okay. okay

OVULATION This is season is like our summertime  ⠀ ⠀

It allows for and invites:⠀
